About
Sippel was created with the idea of bringing people together in a new and playful way. In a world where many games happen only on screens, we wanted to design an experience that combines digital technology with real objects and interaction around a table.
The concept behind Sippel is simple: a precise tabletop scale that connects to a smartphone and transforms everyday objects into elements of a game. By measuring weight changes in real time, Sippel allows players to interact with the game in a completely new way. Strategy, creativity, and a bit of experimentation turn each round into a unique experience.
Sippel is currently being developed by a small team with backgrounds in technology, design, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to create a platform for innovative tabletop games that can continuously grow with new ideas, updates, and game modes.
We believe that the best games are the ones that bring people together. Sippel is designed to do exactly that.

Sippel was founded by Gábor Hartyányi, Steffan Arends, and Ilija Amato, three entrepreneurs with a shared passion for technology, creativity, and interactive experiences. Together, they combine backgrounds in engineering, design, and business to develop new ways of bringing people together around the table.
What started as an idea to merge digital technology with physical gameplay quickly evolved into the concept behind Sippel. The founders set out to create a product that transforms simple objects into game elements and turns the table itself into part of the game.
Today, the three co-founders continue to develop Sippel with the goal of creating innovative social gaming experiences that are easy to access, engaging, and fun for everyone.
